Yonder Mountain String Band have announced a series of August tour dates in the Mid-Atlantic region. The run will kick off in Jim Thorpe, Pa on August 21 before the band works its way through Maryland, North Carolina and Virginia over the course of the next ten days.

As previously reported, Yonder Mountain String Band have been playing with an assortment of special guests since abruptly parting ways with longtime frontman Jeff Austin. Bassist Ben Kauffman and banjoist Dave Johnston recently shared their thoughts on Austin’s departure in this new interview with Jambands.com. However, the band has not yet confirmed any special guests for the newly announced August run.

Presale tickets for the August dates will go on sale tomorrow, June 6 at 12 ET, with general public onsale beginning Wednesday, June 12 at 12 ET.
