2011 they played a sold out run at the Riv in Chicago, seats about 4500. Now playing to 2500 at the Tabernacle. Things are going well it seems

The capacity of both venues is actually about the same. No way the Riv holds that many people.

U r grossly misinformed & an ingronamous. been to both places & Riv is smaller not that that matters in anyway. & The TAB is one of the coolest venues anywhere inn the world. \m/

The River holds 2500, the Tabby holds 2600. Someone is dumb.

Wonder if they will ever make the step up to the Fox in ATL? Don’t know if I can handle another run at the TAB with all the 18 and under ATL flat billers running around.

Uhhh... June 13, 2014, 14:41:58

Probably worth mentioning that they played three nights at the Fillmore in Denver last year, which holds 3500. That’s 10,500 tickets total. If the Tab holds 2600 and they are playing five nights, then that will be 13,000 tickets. So, yeah – things are going pretty well.

hell yes. oh and yeah things ARE going well it seems – 3 nights at the riv vs. 5 at the tabernacle. :P

They played the Aragon 3 nights at 4500 per night. They have never come close to anything like that since. I was at New Years in Denver in 2013. The first two nights were maybe 60% sold. They even played an extremely small venue in St Louis in the past couple years for this type of run. They are a flatlining to moderately smaller act of guys with an arena band light show.

I agree with pat if your under 18 and wear a flat bill hat you should be alowed to listen to good music… C’mon people there’s a reason UM Is returning to the tab and ATL (only 2 years after their fist NY run in atl). So if your from elsewhere come down to the dirty and enjoy the best rock band on the planet in a city with one of the best live music scenes in the country! \mm/
