After news broke yesterday of the death of an elderly woman at Glastonbury Festival in the U.K., The Telegraph has confirmed a second death today. Yesterday, it was reported that a 26-year old man was in “life threatening condition” following a ketamine overdose. The man, who has not been named, was taken to Bristol Royal Infirmary last night where he died this morning.

In a statement on Friday afternoon, the police said: “A man has died following a suspected reaction to ketamine. The man was taken ill overnight on Wednesday into Thursday and was taken to the Bristol Royal Infirmary. Unfortunately he died earlier today.”

According to police, a total of 85 crimes have been reported over the festival’s first two days. As of Thursday, 12 drug-related arrests had been made.
