Sacramento experimental rockers Death Grips announced they are officially done, per the group’s Facebook page. The band confirmed that all live dates are cancelled however their upcoming fifth album The Powers That Be will still be delivered later this year via Harvest/Third World Records.

The band, which was formed in 2010, consisted of Stefan Burnett and Zach Hill. The duo would release four albums in total, with two coming in 2012. They were slated to jump on tour with Nine Inch Nails and Soundgarden beginning in August.
