New Wall Street Dead aHead Event Announced

The fourth Wall Street Dead aHead Event will take place on Tuesday, October 7 at Suite 36 in Manhattan. The event will feature a concert by The Deadbeats, open-bar beer and wine with specialty cocktails, appetizers and sponsor bags as well as a roster with contact information that also lists each attendee’s favorite Grateful Dead song. Founded by money manager and Grateful Dead fan Deborah Solomon, Wall Street Dead aHead gatherings aim to create a space where like-minded business people can network.

There is limited space for the event, and the previous three have all sold out. Interested Deadheads can register now by emailing

Very excited! Last year was a great time with spectacular tribute band, fun vibe, and top notch crowd. Can these happen quarterly?

From what I have witnessed and experienced, this will be a best of class event in every way. An emphasis on quality continues to work magic at Dead ahead events and this will surely be the crowning glory. Kudos to the creator!!

You don’t have to be a Deadhead to have a great time at an interesting networking event. The atmosphere is truly laid back and it is a great escape for the evening.

The most fun, still very productive, event on my calendar! Deb Solomon has truly created a special vibe.

A great event. Business gets done in the most fun environment. The first networking event I have been to that turned into closed deals and great relationships

The last Wall Street Dead aHead event/party was my first. It only took attending one event to get me hooked! The wonderful live music, the cool professional crowd, the open bar and food, and the goodie bag make it a must for any Dead Heads in the securities business. Deb, can we have the next one a little sooner?

Congrats to DEAD AHEAD on their upcoming event and all there aspirations. “Strangers stopping strangers, just to shake their hands!” Such a simple concept! Nice!!!!! Great Job! Deb.

This event has quickly become THE networking event in NYC. It is pretty difficult to have a bad event when there are Grateful Dead tunes playing for three hours, but it really takes a lot of work to pull off an event like this with so much success. Great job – Deb. Looking forward to October 7th.
