Paul McCartney will make his first San Antonio appearance since 1993 on October 1 when he plays a benefit concert forthe new Tobin Center for the Performing Arts. The band will perform in the center’s 1,750 seat H-E-B Performance Hall, a far cry from the arenas that McCartney has been selling out for decades. Ticketing information for the show is available by calling the Tobin Center’s development office at (210)-223-8624.

As previously reported, McCartney will be kicking off the next leg of his Out There Tour in Minneapolis on August 2. He also recently name-checked Phish in an interview with Rolling Stone.
