Psyched, but probably won’t get to see them since I’m guessing this is a limited reunion but being an older guy, I remember these guys from way back in the early 90’s… one of the first tapes I got in a tape trade while in college… a time when getting back to the abode from class for lunch and finding a padded envelope in the mail meant calling friends, cracking a brew and lighting up and blowing off afternoon class… first band I ever heard play Seeds and Stems… Rochester, NY isn’t too far from NJ guys… and I still have the cassette if anyone is up for a trade %^)

Good to hear although I’ve always enjoyed Juggling Suns as well (Marks other band which Bruce has been in at times). They broke up in April 1997 my last two shows were Lithuanian Hall in Baltimore 96>97 with The Recipe opening, first of many times I saw them around Baltimore. Last Solar Show for me was T Appleschmidts between Balt. and Ellicott City. Great show but you could feel the tension. Tom Donovan was a good singer but apparently he wasn’t an original member.

Last I saw Tom Donovan was in Freudian Slip. Best lineup was with him and Jason Crosby in the mid nineties. Must have seen Solar and later the Suns at least 200 times back in the day. Favorite venue was the Bank>Funnel in Bmore.
