The String Cheese Incident will perform a fourth set at this year’s Lockn’ Festival, further bolstering the lineup on Friday, September 5. Yesterday, the festival confirmed the lineup for the Bill Kreutzmann Locknstep Allstars which will feature Steve Kimock, Oteil Burbridge and Aron Magner along with a slew of special guests. SCI will perform a pair of sets with the special Kreutzmann set in the middle before Phil Lesh & Friends headline the night.

As previously reported, the opening night of the festival will also feature interlocking sets from The String Cheese Incident and Umphrey’s McGee, which was added in light of the news that Bob Weir & RatDog would cancel the rest of their tour dates for the remainder of the year.

Lockn’ will return to Arrington, VA on September 4-7, featuring Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, The Allman Brothers Band, Phil Lesh & Friends, Wilco, Widespread Panic, The String Cheese Incident, Willie Nelson, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Umphrey’s McGee, Grace Potter & The Nocturnals and many others. Both single day tickets and four day passes are available.
