Eddie Vedder and Amos Lee Join Jack Johnson at the Gorge

Jack Johnson headlined the Gorge Amphitheater on Saturday night and was joined by a pair of friends including Amos Lee and Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder who helped the guitarist through a cover of The Beatles’ “Rocky Raccoon.” Vedder has previously played Johnson’s Kokua Festival in Hawaii and sat in with him during the event. The two also collaborated at Bonnaroo in 2008 where both Johnson and Pearl Jam were performing.

Vedder also helped Johnson out with the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, dumping the water on the singer-songwriter in a video posted to his Facebook.

GREAT concert. Bahamas were the opening band, they are excellent, also.

Just FYI ... Bahamas is not a band it is an individual. Not his real name but is in fact just one man

Oh yay. More lame yuppie crap from Jack Johnson. Can we get rid of this clown once and for all? He has no business on the jam scene and would do well to join Dave Matthews on some frozen yogurt-sponsored suburban yuppie festival circuit.

No, but you can get rid of your poor attitude, Nerple. If you have to fart, don’t share it verbally. If you feel ugly, take a shower. If you feel unneeded, do something creative and/or useful for someone in need. Thank you!

That “yuppie”‘s tickets sell out at the Gorge every time he’s there…..such a “clown” he must be. Awesome show….better than his last performance at the Gorge. Can’t wait for the next!
