Leftover Salmon were joined by Mike Gordon during their post-Phish show at Cervantes’ in Denver on Sunday night. The Phish bassist sat in on a cover of “When the Levee Breaks,” as well as a rendition of Little Feat’s “Oh Atlanta” (Gordon played the song with Phish when the band covered Little Feats Waiting For Columbus on Halloween 2010).

Sunday night’s show also saw Little Feat keyboardist Bill Payne, who has been performing with Leftover Salmon for the past few tours, and Infamous Stringdusters dobroist Andy Hall join the band for the entirety of the show. Hall also contributed vocals on “Deep Elum Blues.”

Sunday night marked the second time in that Gordon sat in with a band at Cervantes’ in less than a week. The Phish bassist also took the stage with Dumpstaphunk during New Orleans funk outfit’s pre-Phish party at the Denver venue.
