Umphrey’s McGee confirmed their first two shows of 2015 today as the band set two dates at the Beacon Theatre in New York City for January 16 and 17. Saxophonist and longtime collaborator Joshua Redman will sit in with the band during the two night run.

Redman recently sat in with the band during their New Year’s run in Denver, CO for the entire second set which included takes on “Der Bluten Kat,” “Wife Soup,” “Ringo” and a band debut of Weather Report’s “River People.”

Additionally, Umphrey’s will play January 18 at The Paramount in Huntington, NY, also with Redman. All ticketing information can be found on the UMTicketing website.
