Benjamin Booker took a page from the Jon Fishman (or Nirvana, or David Bowie, or New York Dolls, etc.) playbook when he kicked off his tour at Jack White’s Third Man Records Store in Nashville last night. The rising rocker, who opened for White during a few of his recent tour dates, took the stage in a mini skirt for the duration of the show. The concert was also recorded live for a limited edition vinyl pressing.

Booker will continue his tour tonight when he performs at the High Watt in Nashville. He will then head through the Midwest and South before swining back to New York City on his way to a European run.
