On September 22, an all-star cast gathered together at Moorpark Country Club in Los Angeles to help raise money for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. Featured on the bill were Particle keyboardist Steve Molitz, Robby Krieger (The Doors), Alex Lifeson (Rush), Tommy Thayer (Kiss), Alice Cooper and The Chicago Horn Section, among others.

Over the course of the show the band played a diverse array of material pulled from the musicians’ songbooks. Highlights include Cooper’s “School’s Out,” Rush’s “Working Man,” and The Doors’ “L.A. Woman,” Roadhouse Blues,” “Back Door Man,” “Hello I Love You” and “When The Music’s Over.” The event raised over $400,000 for St. Jude’s charity in a single evening.
