Paul Simon will join Ladysmith Black Mambazo as a special guest when the South African a cappella group performs at Carnegie Hall on October 18. The ensemble, who famously sang with Simon on his classic 1986 album Graceland, will be at Carnegie Hall as part of the famed New York City theater’s monthlong celebration of the music and art of South Africa.

Other acts on the bill include Thokoza, Maghinga Radebe, Shabalala Rhythm and the Bakithi Kumalo Band, which is led by Simon’s longtime touring bassist Bakithi Kumalo.
