In the latest trailer for the Foo Fighters’ upcoming HBO series Sonic Highways, the band delves deeper into what to expect in the series, premiering October 17, including two snippets of new songs “Something From Nothing” and “The Feast and the Famine.” The trailer is available via HBO GO and can be accessed by entering your cable provider.

The band also discusses the process behind their follow-up to 2011’s Wasting Light, due out November 10 via Roswell Records, as well as special guests like Gary Clark Jr. and Preservation Hall Jazz Band.

As previously reported, the band will play five nights on Late Show with David Letterman beginning next week. The group will be joined by a variety of special guests throughout the residency.

The band has also shared another brief trailer, featuring interview snippets from Zac Brown, Carrie Underwood, Slash, Rick Rubin and more. Watch it below.
