Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals will reunite for four shows at San Francisco’s Fillmore Auditorium on March 25-28, 2015. The shows will mark the band’s first since 2008. Per a press release, the band will also head to Los Angeles to rehearse and record new music, with additional tour dates planned for 2015 and beyond. Ticketing details for the San Francisco shows will be announced soon.

In a statement, Harper said, “The Innocent Criminals are a family. We’ve remained very close over the years and it seemed like we couldn’t wait another minute. It’s time for us to get back on the stage together. We’ve all come full circle in our own ways and it is time we pick up where we left off. It’s creatively time for us to do this.”

The Innocent Criminals are Harper along with percussionist Leon Mobley, bassist Juan Nelson, drummer Oliver Charles, keyboardist Jason Yates and guitarist Michael Ward.
