Prince and 3RDEYEGIRL will perform as musical guest on Saturday Night Live on November 1. Chris Rock will serve as host of the episode. Past musical guests so far this year on the 40th season of SNL include Ariana Grande, Maroon 5 and Hozier.

Recently, Prince released two albums, Plectrumelectrum and Art Official Age, the latter of which is a Prince solo album. Prince has no tour dates currently scheduled although he did play a series of arena shows in London prior to the release of his albums.
