Digital Tape Machine confirmed some lineup changes today. Most notably, Umphrey’s McGee’s Joel Cummins and Kris Myers will no longer perform with the group, however Cummins is expected to sit in as a guest keyboardist. DTM co-founder Dan Rucinski will also be leaving the touring lineup to focus more on a management aspect and DJ My Boy Elroy will depart for his future residency in Hawaii.
In light of that news, DTM’s current lineup includes Marcus Rezak, Joe Hettinga, Bryan Doherty and Neal Wehman on drums. The band also confirmed a move to the Madison House family. The group will perform a final show with the original seven-piece lineup at Concord Music Hall in Chicago on December 12 following Brendan Bayliss and Jake Cinninger’s Acoustic Holiday Show.
Tour dates and brand new music from the band are expected soon.
