Railroad Earth got help from a few guests during the second and third shows of their annual Hangtown Halloween Ball. The group, who were joined by an allstar cast of characters during their first show on Friday night, kept the guest train rolling on Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday night’s performance featured sit ins from fiddler Allie Kral, who came out for “Chasin’ a Rainbow,” and Joe Craven, who took up percussion for “When The Sun Gets In Your Blood.” The band also wrapped up that show by debuting their take on the traditional “Midnight Special.” The following night, Railroad Earth were joined by moe. guitarist Al Schnier for “Elko” toward the end of their set.

As previously reported, Hangtown Halloween Ball featured three performances by Railroad Earth, as well as sets from moe.,The Meter Men with Robert Walter, Leftover Salmon, ALO, Jeff Austin Band, The Motet, New Monsoon, Poor Man’s Whiskey, Robert Walter’s 20th Congress and more
