Widespread Panic returned to Cedar Rapids, IA last night, the town where guitarist Michael Houser last performed with the band before he passed away in August of 2002 due to pancreatic cancer. To pay homage to the guitarist, Panic opened their show last night with “She Caught the Katy,” which was the last song of their July 2, 2002 show, Houser’s last.

Next up for Panic is a show tonight in Ames, IA before the band heads to Colorado for a tour-closing three-night run in Broomfield, CO over the Halloween weekend.
