The Foo Fighters have announced an extensive arena tour for summer and fall of 2015. The band will get started with their previously confirmed event at Washington, DC’s RFK Stadium, before making their way across North America over the course of the next three months.

In an interesting move, the band has announced Beat The Bots, a box office-only pre-sale designed to throw off the scalpers. Tickets for all of their 2015 shows (except for Fenway Park) will go on sale at local box offices this Saturday at 10am, over a week before they become available via an online pre-sale on Monday, December 1. General public on-sale will then begin on December 4 and 5, depending on the show.

Additionally, the Foo Fighters will be joined by Royal Blood for many of their July and August tour dates, while Mission of Burma will provide support at the second Fenway Park show.

As previously reported, The Foos have been heavily promoting their new album Sonic Highways over the past few months. HBO is currently airing an eight-episode series that documents the band’s recording process—which brought them to eight different cities—as well as the rich musical legacies of those cities.
