Zappa Plays Zappa will honor the 40th anniversary of Frank Zappa and The Mothers of Invention’s 1975 album One Size Fits All by performing the album in its entirety during a North American tour next year. JamBase reports that the Dweezil Zappa-led group, which will also be celebrating its own 10 year anniversary, will kick off in Buffalo, NY on March 31 before wrapping up in Baltimore on May 10. Tickets for most of the shows will go on sale Friday, November 21 at 10am local time.

One Size Fits All ended up being the final album from The Mothers of Invention when it was released in 1975. The record features a number of Zappa classics, including the groundbreaking, time signature-shifting opener Inca Roads, and both instrumental and vocal versions of “Sofa” (Sofa No. 1” and “Sofa No. 2,” respectively).

In related news, Dweezil Zappa also recently confirmed that he is in the studio working on a new album of original material. The record is currently available for pre-order via PledgeMusic.

One Size Fits All tracklist:

1. “Inca Roads”
2. “Can’t Afford No Shoes”
