The lyrics to two early, unrecorded Bob Dylan songs failed to sell at a New York auction. The songs included were a 1962 original “Talkin Folklore Center,” which was expected to sell for $40,000 to $60,000 and “Go Away You Bomb” from 1963, estimated at $30,000 to $50,000.

Dylan originally gave the lyrics to the founder of the Folklore Center in Greenwich Village. Izzy Young produced Dylan’s first important concert in New York at the Carnegie Chapter Hall. It is now up to the consignor to decide what to do with the lyrics.
