Carnegie Hall has revealed the initial lineup for its annual Tibet House Benefit. The Flaming Lips will perform at this year’s concert, which will also feature Laurie Anderson (who, along with her late husband Lou Reed, has been a regular at the benefit) and Tibetan musician Tenzin Choegyal. As usual, famed composer Philip Glass will once again serve as the event’s musical director. The show will take place at New York City’s Carnegie Hall on Thursday, March 5.

Proceeds from the concert benefit the Tibet House U.S.—a nonprofit education center that is dedicated to preserving Tibetan civilization. The organization was founded in 1987 at the request of the Dalai Lama. Tickets are now on sale, and more artists will be added to the lineup in the coming weeks.
