Dallas Taylor, drummer for Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, died Sunday in a Los Angeles hospital. Taylor was 66. The drummer’s death comes just a week after Tim Drummond, bassist for CSNY, passed away at 75.

Taylor’s work includes several rock records in the 60s and 70s including CSNY’s 1969 debut album and their follow up with Neil Young in 1970’s Deja Vu. Taylor also appeared on Stephen Stills’ first solo album in 1970 and also played in Stills’ group Manassas. Additional credits include performing with the likes of Van Morrison and Paul Butterfield.
