The String Cheese Incident, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Galactic and Shovels & Rope are among the acts that have been confirmed for the High Sierra Music Festival. SCI will play two full shows (for a total of four sets) at the festival, which is set to take place July 2-5 in Quincy, CA.

Other artists on the bill include The Wood Brothers, ALO, Nahko and Medicine For The People, California Honeydrops, Barr Brothers, Pimps of Joytime, Surprise Me Mr. Davis, The Slip and many others. More artists will be added to the lineup in the coming months.

The Slip’s appearance is particularly notable, as the band has been on hiatus since performing at High Sierra in 2012. The group’s offshoot Surprise Me Mr. Davis—who are also on the lineup—went on hiatus shortly after that. Additionally, The Slip/Surprise Mr. Davis’ Brad and Andrew Barr will be at High Sierra with their current project The Barr Brothers. The Slip has a long history with the festival—prior their hiatus the band had performed at the event for 14 consecutive years.

Tickets for High Sierra will go on sale later this winter.
