Geezer Butler was arrested after getting into a fight at a bar in California’s Death Valley National Park on Tuesday night. Rolling Stone reports that the Black Sabbath bassist was booked for misdemeanor assault, public intoxication and vandalism before he was released from Inyo County jail after “detox and citation.”

According to the publication, the Inyo County police allege that the fight, which took place at the Corkscrew Saloon, began after “an argument…escalated into a physical confrontation – resulting in an individual being struck and a broken window.”

As previously reported, Black Sabbath’s Ozzy Osbourne has said that the band intends to team up with producer Rick Rubin to record a follow-up to their 2013 album 13 and embark on one last tour before retiring. No more details on the effort have been revealed.
