Galactic and Macy Gray are currently recording a new song, the band announced on their Twitter. The New Orleans establishment previously mentioned they would be touring with a well-known female vocalist this year and revealed it to be Gray via the announcement of several festival lineups. There is no word on whether or not the pairing plan on releasing a collaborative album, however one song is confirmed.

The pairing will tour extensively this year with a series of shows already announced at festivals such as Hangout, Wakarusa, Jazz Fest and many others.
