Pink Talking Fish took to the stage this weekend for a pair of sold out shows, the first of which came on February 6 at the Ardmore in Ardmore, PA. The band delivered a Dark Side of the Moon concept show, playing Pink Floyd’s iconic record in the first set mixed in with other Talking Heads and Phish classics. During that set, the band brought out Aly Paige Newitt on vocals for “Great Gig in the Sky” as well as David Fishkin, who added saxophone to “Money.”

On Saturday night in New York City, the band played to a sold out Gramercy Theatre for their annual Phunk the Winter with special guests ShwiKus Plays PFunk. Maryn Azoff joined the group on vocals for another rendition of “Great Gig in the Sky” before all of the opening act joined PTF for “Burning Down the House.” The show closed with a “Run Like an Antelope” > “Run Like Hell” combo along with a “Nobody Home” and “First Tube” encore.
