Galactic hit the studio with Mavis Staples today in Chicago. The band posted the info today via their Instagram, though no other details on the project were revealed.
The news comes a few weeks after Galactic confirmed that they also recorded material with singer Macy Gray. The band has also announced a few festival appearances with the R&B singer, including performances at Bonnaroo and Jazz Fest.
