Brandon “Taz” Niederauer sat in with New Orleans funk-prog outfit Earphunk last night at the Brooklyn Bowl in New York City. The 11-year-old guitar prodigy took the stage for a soaring a solo in the middle of an Earphunk original before helping the group with a cover of the Allman Brothers’ “Whipping Post.”
Earphunk are currently on the road with Zoogma for the What The Phunk Is Zoogma? Tour. The bands will be rolling through Princeton, NJ tonight, and the tour will come to a close this weekend with gigs in Burlington, VT and Syracuse, NY.
