Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals reunited on Wednesday night for their first of four shows at The Fillmore in San Francisco, CA, marking their first tour since 2008. The band’s opening night 22-song setlist drew from Harper’s extensive catalog along with select cuts from the Innocent Criminals’ 1999 effort Burn to Shine.

Harper and the Criminals also delivered their version of “Where Could I Go,” a collaborative tune that the frontman recorded with the Blind Boys of Alabama for a collaborative gospel record There Will Be Light released in 2004. During the encore, the band also took the time to debut a new instrumental entitled “Strut.”
