Frank Zappa fans are in for a treat now that the Zappa Family Trust has announced the imminent release of the 100th album in the experimental icon’s discography, Dance Me This. Jambase reports that Zappa’s family sent out an email yesterday confirming that the long-awaited LP will finally be available later this year. The email also explained that Dance Me This is, “the last title FZ finished in 1993 along with Trance-Fusion; the last chapter in his Master Work, Civilization, Phase III; and of course, The Rage & The Fury, The Music of Edgard Varèse.”

Fans can now pre-order Dance Me This, which is expected to be released on June 1, via Barfko—Swill. The site’s overview of the album reads, This is it. #100. The LAST album by Frank Zappa. It’s 1993 & YOU ARE HERE!”

Frank Zappa passed away in 1993 at age of 53, just a few months after the completion of Dance Me This. Zappa released 62 albums during his lifetime, while another 37 have been released posthumously.
