President Barack Obama paid a visit to the Bob Marley Museum while he was in Kingston, Jamaica yesterday. According to the Washington Post, the President spent part of last night at the museum, which is located in the house that the reggae legend called home from 1975 until his death in 1981. The paper also reports that Obama told those in attendance, “I still have all the albums,” as he toured the premises. He also noted that the visit was “one of the most fun meetings I’ve had since I’ve been president…I’ve been a big fan since I was in high school.”

Yesterday’s outing isn’t the first indication of the President’s interest in Marley’s music. In 2012, he told MTV that he was a fan of the artist, saying, “I remember in college listening, and not agreeing with his whole philosophy necessarily, but raising my awareness how people outside of our country were thinking about the struggle for jobs and dignity and freedom.”
