Dave Matthews Band welcomed out their first special guest of the tour last night at the Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion in Rogers, AR as The Lovely Ladies made their return to the stage with DMB towards the end of their second set.

Frequent guests last year, Candace, Sharon and Tawatha returned to add vocals to “Drunken Soldier,” “Save Me,” “You & Me” and “Stay (Wasting Time),” which closed the second set. Matthews confirmed The Lovely Ladies’ appearance in an interview in the latest issue of Rolling Stone and also mentioned that he’s “trying to convince” Gregg Allman to join the group at some point on the tour.

Additional highlights from DMB’s latest stop were the tour debuts of “Where Are You Going” in the acoustic set, marking the first time its appeared there since the band introduced the acoustic/electric format, as well as the first “All Along the Watchtower” of the year, which closed the show.

Next up for DMB is a show in Southaven, MS.
