Steve Kimock’s residency at Sweetwater Music Hall continued this weekend with a trio of shows that featured appearances from Bob Weir, Leslie Mendelson and Dan Lebowitz.

On Friday night, Kimock welcomed out New York City singer-songwriter Leslie Mendelson to join him on “Call Me the Breeze” and “Waiting on a Friend” in addition to playing the entire second set with him and special guest Dan Lebowitz. The band dug into some Grateful Dead materical including “Bertha,” “Crazy Fingers,” “Deal” and others.

Saturday would once again feature Mendelson and Lebo throughout the entire show, with highlights including “Scarlet Begonias,” “Shakedown Street,” “After Midnight,” “It Must Have Been the Roses” and more.

Last night, Weir made an appearance sporadically throughout the two set performance, joining Kimock on “Shakedown Street,” “Catfish John,” “Little Red Rooster,” “Blue Bayou,” “New Minglewood Blues,” Kris Kristofferson’s “Help Me Make It Through the Night” and “Help on the Way” > “Slipknot!”
