Skrillex took the stage with the String Cheese Incident during the encore of their first performance at this year’s Electric Forest Festival. The producer, who played the slot immediately following SCI on the Ranch Arena stage, came out on guitar for a cover of The Doors’ “Break on Through (To The Other Side)” that included elements of “L.A. Woman,” as well as a big jam that closed things out.

Skrillex wasn’t the first guest to join the String Cheese Incident yesterday, as the Preservation Hall Jazz Band brought a slice of New Orleans to the second half of the group’s first set. The iconic jazz outfit’s horn section made an appearance for a number of tunes, including takes on Kool and The Gang’s “Hollywood Swinging” and Mark Ronson’s “Uptown Funk” and the original “Miss Brown’s Teahouse.”

The String Cheese Incident will return to Electric Forest’s Ranch Arena tomorrow for the second of three shows at the festival.
