As Uncut reports, the program for this year’s BFI London Film Festival was announced earlier this morning. Among the 238 features are documentaries related to Jack White, Janis Joplin and Leon Russell, among others.

Janis: Little Girl Blue, directed by Amy Berg, will feature archival footage of the iconic singer as well as contemporary interviews and other material. Jack White and T Bone Burnett’s The American Epic Sessions will be screened as well, drawing from the duo’s American Epic project which recreates recording conditions of the 1920s featuring artists like Elton John, Willie Nelson and Alabama Shakes.

Russell’s A Poem is a Naked Person will also be screened, filmed between 1972-74 by director Les Blank. The film has never previously been released.
