After weather canceled the first day’s festivities, Lockn’ Festival closed strong with a finale that included performances from Slightly Stoopid, Gov’t Mule, Widespread Panic, Robert Plant and more.

Among the early highlights were a set from St. Paul and the Broken Bones, making their Lockn’ debut. The powerhouse vocals of Paul Janeway kept the crowd hooked as the band tore through an energetic set that included a cover of The Beatles’ “I Want You (She’s So Heavy)” along with a slew of their originals.

Slightly Stoopid fittingly waited until 4:20 PM to start their set that included guest appearances from Karl Denson as well as Don Carlos, who took vocals on several tunes.

As the night fell, Gov’t Mule welcomed out Jimmy Herring for a take on “Stratus” before Warren Haynes returned the favor later on during Widespread Panic’s set, joining the band for “Ribs & Whiskey” as well as “Tail Dragger.” Robert Plant then took the stage to close out the weekend with his second performance, dipping into Zeppelin classics like “Going to California,” “Black Dog,” “Rock and Roll” and more.
