David Gilmour kicked off his run at Royal Albert Hall in London last night, and he brought up a couple old friends to help him out on stage.

David Crosby and Graham Nash, who appear on Gilmour’s new album, Rattle That Lock, and his previous effort, 2006’s On An Island, joined Gilmour for three songs on the night.

The duo sat in for versions of “On An Island” and their more recent collaborative tune “A Boat Lies Waiting” before returning to the stage for an encore closer of Pink Floyd’s classic “Comfortably Numb.”
