Funkadelic have offered up a remix of “Ain’t That Funkin’ Kinda Hard On You?” from their three-disc effort First Ya Gotta Shake the Gate released in 2014. The tune, remixed by Louie Vega, features Kendrick Lamar. Listen below.

This isn’t the first collaboration between Kendrick Lamar and Funkadelic, as George Clinton appeared on Lamar’s stellar effort To Pimp a Butterfly. Clinton along with Thundercat added various elements to the record’s opening track, “Wesley’s Theory.”
