Relix Magazine is seeking editorial interns with the desire to learn the ins and outs of the music industry through marketing, advertising, publishing and more.
Relix Magazine is currently seeking editorial interns to work in its New York offices this fall. Though internships are unpaid, interns will gain valuable hands on experience working on Relix Magazine, Relix.com and Jambands.com.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
-Research news for website content (upcoming tours, artist announcements, etc.)
-Create social media content (Twitter/Facebook) and utilize Bitly
-Edit articles for online and print Relix publications and Jambands.com
-Transcribe interviews for upcoming articles/features
-Contribute to news on jambands.com
Must be able to commute to the magazine’s Manhattan offices 2-3 days per week
Internship can be used for college credit when applicable
