After what has been a banner year for Courtney Barnett, the Australian singer/songwriter is looking to finish out strong by releasing a repackaging of her debut album, dropping a single produced by Jack White and embarking on an international tour that will taker her into 2016.

Barnett will rerelease her Sometimes I Sit and Thing, and Sometimes I Just Sit in a special box set that includes live versions of album tracks recorded at New York’s Electric Lady Studios, a cover of John Cale’s “Close Watch,” and Polaroids taken by Barnett.

She has also teamed up with Jack White for his Third Man Records’ “Blue Series,” which has previously featured Tom Jones, Beck and First Aid Kit. Barnett’s contribution to the series is a cover of Boys Next Door’s “Shivers.” Listen to the track below.

Barnett will kick off her world tour this month with three US dates, including shows with Blur at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on October 20 and at New York’s Madison Square Garden on October 23. She will also play San Francisco’s Fillmore on October 21.
