Tedeschi Trucks Band have said that they plan to release a new album in early 2016, and now they’re teasing songs from the record via their Facebook and Instagram.
The first two tracks, “Anyhow” and “Laugh About It,” were previewed today. Through the short clips, which can be heard below, the first track appears to be a reflective tune from Susan Tedeschi, while the second features some bluesy ripping from Derek Trucks’ slide guitar. The images with the audio, which seem to be parts of a bird, will presumably come together to form the album cover.
The band will continue to preview the album tracks, with an official album announcement forthcoming.
