David Bowie has released another epic track from his upcoming Blackstar album, which will drop on his 69th birthday, January 8, and will feature both the help of LCD Soundsystem’s James Murphy and inspiration from Kendrick Lamar.

The song, “Lazarus,” is similar to the previously released title track in its sprawling sound that Bowie allows to develop over six-plus minutes. Add in spacey, swirling horns and you have the second glimpse of what has been called Bowie’s weirdest album yet.

“Lazarus” will also be featured in Bowie’s off-Broadway musical of the same name and featuring Dexter‘s Michael C. Hall, who will, as Stereogum points out, join the cast tonight on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight to perform the song.

The official video for “Lazarus” will be released one day prior to the album, on January 7. Listen to to track below.
