Motorhead’s Lemmy Kilmister passed away on December 28 following a battle with prostate cancer along with cardiac arrhythmia and congestive heart failure, TMZ reports.

The outlet obtained Lemmy’s official death certificate, which stated the causes of death. Kilimister reportedly learned of his diagnosis on December 26, just two days before he passed away. It was initially reported that Lemmy was suffering from terminal brain and neck cancer at the time of his death.
