On the eve of Super Bowl 50, Bob Weir hit the stage in San Francisco at a Wheels Up pre-party to an audience that featured the likes of Shaq and Guy Fieri, among others.

Weir teamed up with guitarist Lukas Nelson and Dave Matthews Band trumpeter Rashawn Ross for a brief set that was peppered with some better known tunes like “Hell in a Bucket” and “Not Fade Away,” which you can watch below. Ross, who performed with DMB at their own pre-Super Bowl show, took a solo during the jam section of the tune.

The appearance was one of many for Weir throughout the week, which also saw him join up with Dead & Co guitarist John Mayer as well as take in the Super Bowl with Joe Theismann and others.
