Last night in Montreal, Arcade Fire hosted a fundraiser for Kanpe Kanaval, the organization started by the band’s Regine Chassagne and Quebec’s Minister of Economy, Dominique Anglade. Kanpe raises money for Haitian relief.

In attendance for the fundraiser were David Byrne, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, members of Arcade Fire and, as he revealed on his Twitter, The Office‘s Rainn Wilson. “I’m in a weird warehouse space in Montreal watching Arcade Fire, David Byrne & Preservation Hall Jazz Band all playing ‘Road To Nowhere,’” he wrote. Acording to Wilson, the night also featured Talking Heads’ “Slippery People” and “Home.”

The event also included performances from Haitian artists and dancers, and a set from DJ Windows 98, aka Arcade Fire’s Win Butler. See a gallery of pictures from the evening over at the Montreal Gazette.
