Last night at Sweetwater Music Hall in Mill Valley, CA, Music Heals International, which helps bring music and musicians to the children of Haiti, held a benefit concert that featured Lukas Nelson, Bob Weir and many more, as Deadheadland reports.

In a night that featured many Terrapin Crossroads regulars switching venues owned by Grateful Dead members, the event kicked off with an acoustic performance from Midnight North’s Grahame Lesh and Elliot Peck, The Mother Hips’ Greg Loiacono and guitarist Jason Crosby, who also played fiddle.

After a silent auction for Music Heals during the setbreak, Lukas Nelson came out for a solo set that included a cover of David Bowie’s “Life On Mars?” and songs in four different languages (including English). Nelson then brought out venue proprietor Weir for a few songs including Bob Dylan’s “I Shall Be Released” before the Grateful Bluegrass Boys joined in and eventually segued into their own set that featured Led Zeppelin’s “Going to California” and a tribute to the Eagles’ Glen Frey in “Take It Easy.”
