David Gilmour will return to Pompeii, Italy on July 7 and 8 as a part of his world tour supporting his latest album Rattle That Lock, according to Consequence of Sound.

The shows are significant as they mark the site where Pink Floyd filmed their iconic concert film Live in Pompeii, which to this day remains one of the most popular concert films in history. The band visited the Italian city in October of 1971 to perform without an audience in an empty stadium. Spanning four days, the group filmed a series of songs there. Watch “Echoes” below.

In addition to the Pompeii shows, Gilmour will also make scheduled stops in the U.S. beginning March 24 at the Hollywood Bowl and culminating in three shows at New York’s Madison Square Garden before heading overseas. Gilmour’s touring slate ends with four September shows at London’s famed Royal Albert Hall.
